Lisa A. Gonzalez-Williams is a Navy veteran born and raised in New York in a Long Island suburb. She joined the Navy right out of high school and lived abroad until the U.S. Navy brought her to South Carolina. Ever since, she’s been a force to recon with as an important part of the Charleton community as well as the surrounding areas.

 

By translating skills she gained as the captain’s personal chef in the Navy, Lisa effortlessly forged a career in food and beverage management which led to bar and club management where she quickly became her own brand. While ensuring high-profile celebrity clients received the highest level of service, she forged strong relationships garnering industry knowledge and developing solid contacts within the music industry. Although Lisa is self-taught, she also attains a degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Paralegal. She is abreast of torts, entertainment law, as well as family and criminal law. You can often find her actively participating in community events ranging from stopping the violence and feeding the homeless to mentoring teenagers and newly released convicts.

 

Through consistency, hard work, and dedication she has managed to build and successfully maintain a veteran owned and operated business. By combining all of her experience, knowledge, and expertise Lisa is the PROUD owner of Diamond L.A.W. Entertainment LLC, a company dedicated to helping independent artists garner the development and business skills needed to pursue a successful career. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Lisa has earned monikers such as “Music Business Mentor” and “QUEEN of the Carolinas.” She has had the pleasure and honor to interact and work with some of the greatest in the industry such as: Slick Rick, Dougie Fresh, Ginuwine, Lil Jon and The Eastside Boyz, The Youngbloods, Donnel Jones, Frukwan Bey, Rick Robinson, T.T. Lisa has also worked with hundreds of up-and-coming indie artists as well as helping to establish over 100 small businesses.
